Installation is straightforward, requiring attachment to the trailer bow post using four bolts and nuts. The universal mounting ‘tube’ can be easily customized to fit various boat and trailer configurations, accommodating everything from small aluminum vessels to larger fiberglass boats or catamarans.
Boatcatch™ is available in two sizes - the smaller variant suits aluminum and light-duty fiberglass boats up to 5.9m long, while the larger model accommodates boats starting from 6m in length, scaling up to a maximum weight of 8 tonnes (see related products for small version).
Every Boatcatch includes a universal mounting bracket, essential hardware, a pull cord, bow eye, and adapters, alongside a comprehensive owner's manual for hassle-free installation by the user. Usage:
When about to launch, you simply prepare by releasing the winch cable from your boat in the parking lot. After which, reverse the trailer into the water. Boatcatch allows you to move at your own pace (because the boat remains positively locked solid) until you choose to pull the couplings release cord and calmly motor off.
To retreve, position the trailer in the water and when ready, drive your boat in. The Boatcatch has a heavy duty pin that locates inside the eye automatically when retrieving and secures the boat upon the trailer. It’s incredibly strong so you can easily drive your vehicle to the parking lot before having to secure the winch cable.
Freight costs are calculated by order weight and postcode, and charges may be subject to change.

During November, December, January & February (peak season / summer months / Xmas time) we unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery will arrive within our usual expected times and some delays may occur due to the increased amount of deliveries our carriers receive over this busy period.
Express Shipping (via Air) - usually arrives within 2-4 days
Express shipping will be offered for items under a certain length and/or weight and will display during the checkout process, if applicable for your order.
Orders placed after noon will be shipped the next business day (excluding weekends and WA public holidays).
Heavy/oversize items, hazardous items or items that include liquid do not qualify for Express Delivery because they cannot be sent via air.
Standard Shipping (via Road) - usually arrives within 5-9 days
Most small orders will be shipped by Startrack or Australia Post if the order fits within its weight/dimensions guidelines. Larger orders are shipped using the most economical options from one of our other transport partners.
We usually dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving confirmation of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
FREE Standard Shipping (via Road) - usually arrives within 5-9 days
Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $250, of certain products, and will be applied automatically as a discount code during checkout.

Shipping Insurance - Not included in our FREE Standard Shipping Offer
Shipping insurance covers any order lost or damaged during transit (if selected during checkout). The cost of insurance is based on a small percentage of your order value. Shipping insurance will not cover orders that have been delivered and given authority to leave, but have gone missing.
New Zealand International Shipping - usually arrives within 5-12 days
Shipping to New Zealand will be offered for items under a certain length and/or weight and will display during the checkout process, if applicable for your order.
International Orders - delivery time varies
International orders cannot be processed through our shopping cart online, as yet. To place an international order, please contact our customer service team to obtain a quote including shipping.
Delivery to PO BOXES
Oversized products, dangerous goods, some various other items that require special packaging cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. You will not see a shipping option if your cart contains these items and you have entered a PO box in the shipping address field. Either change your shipping address to a physical address or contact us to provide a quote for shipping your items to a PO box.
